Dear Tom,thanks for the super-lean program…I like how your e-mails have changed my long-term goals. First I just wanted to lose a bit of weight, then I wanted to get lean and now it’s super lean…I have one question regarding burning muscle. I have entered a marathon (8 weeks to go) to be better motivated to do the cardio part of your BFFM program. It worked really well, but now I’m in the stage where I have to do once a week a real monster run (2-3hrs). So far I am still slightly gaining muscle and mostly losing fat, so it seems to work ok. Will these long runs destroy the muscles I have just gained in the previous 8 weeks?Thanks Silke
