Tom, it sounds like your book has been critically accalimed. If it is anything like your BFFM program, then it will be a tremendous success. I will be buying a copy for sure, for it addresses my main weakness, and that is binge eating. I grapple with that all the time, especially when I’ve been in a calorie deficit for very long. I think it’s more psychological than anything, so any additional information on that topic will be greatly devoured by me LOL. Thanks for all that your do!
I think that losing fat, maintaining weight or overall improving your health doesn’t just start by goals, eating well or working out. The psychological and emotional aspects that brought the person to his/her current unhealthy or overweight state, and the reasons for self-sabotage needs to be identified and addressed as well. In fact, even with a healthy lifestyle of clean foods and regular workouts, I suffered from self-sabotage, emotional-eating and binging until I realized what was happening and doing to myself and put a stop to it. Although I’m not overweight or anything, it still compromised my goals and also downright unhealthy.BFFM was awesome and it taught me the foundations of a fitness lifestyle and how to get there.
